The visual identity for Datadog’s benefits program was designed to promote the company’s wide range of benefits to job candidates, and to make them clear and accessible for current employees. To achieve that, each benefits category was designed with a dedicated color and an assortment of distinguishable icons. The system is in line with Datadog’s friendly/approachable identity with a combination of bright colors, softer corner shapes, bold titles, and emojis across all the materials.
